Hanging with the Sun Lancers, the Phoenix Suns Dancers prior to the Suns/Clippers game.  The NBA knows how to market their game with plenty of pre-game activities.

My wife and I during the second half of the Suns/Clippers game from our box.  Even though it was the Clippers, I have to say that for my first NBA game it was really exciting! One of the treats of the game was watching former Duke star, Grant Hill.  Injuries may have taken away some of his game, but he is still an exceptional ballplayer.
A pretty good pick set by Amare Stoudemiare open up the baseline for Steve Nash.  I'm a Laker fan, but I do appreciate good basketball, and the Suns are fun to watch. Here is my wife's favorite NBA player, the Phoenix Gorilla.  I had to break the news to her that he wasn't an actual NBA player, nor a real gorilla. This is Boynton Canyon near Serdona.  It was a relatively easy hike, and unbelieveable scenery.
More beautiful scenery in Boynton Canyon. At this point, I'm way out in front of everyone. My wife has caught up to me and the two of us pose for a picture.
This is our hike up Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale.  You can see it is a bit steeper than the previous hike. Here is a view from the top of Camelback.  It is about 1 1/2 miles up, and it took us just over an hour to climb it. As we begin our trek down the mountain, I take up the rear following my wife.
A moment to relax as I wait for everyone to catch up. Just another rock formation at Camelback. Another  picture me on the way down Camelback.
