Culinary Skills

Culinary Skills fulfills an Applied Arts credit for graduation.  In this class, students will be introduced to baking and culinary basics through classroom instruction, demonstration and hands-on application in the lab (kitchen).  Students will work as teams throughout the semester to create culinary masterpieces that will be consumed! Eating your homework never tasted so good!
