I have been the computer teacher at Holmes for many years. When I started, we were using floppy disks and Apple IIe computers. The Internet wasn't even around at that time. Besides teaching at Holmes School, I have been a teacher at Kahoa, Hawthorne, and Arnold Elementary Schools where I was a vocal music teacher.
Our family has presented musical concerts here in Lincoln for twenty years for the benefit of many charities. Our December, 2008 holiday concert benefited the Autism Family Network. We are proud of the "Keelan Family and Friends" concerts that have provided thousands of dollars for agencies such as the food bank, Freshstart home, Matt Talbot kitchen, and others.
My Family. . .
I have a husband and two children. Both of my children are grown up and live in different states. My daughter lives in Boston and works for Boston University. My son lives in Wausau, Wisconsin, and teaches violin and viola at a private music conservatory as well as playing with the Green Bay Symphony. Both of my children attended Holmes Elementary School.
