Key Six showing 6th graders new tricks
This class will introducte studetns to the fundamentals of typing. LPS uses a program called TypingTime, which is a fun way to learn the keys on the keyboard. Most students will start typing class with Gross Words A Minute (GWAM) of about 10, and end the class typing with GWAM of at least 30. This a tremendous feat and one every student should be proud of accomplishing. Typing is a skill all students will use a great deal throughout their lives, and I look forward to creating a fun atmosphere for all students to learn the keys of keyboarding.
