Stock Market Game, Spring 2009
| 8th grade business students began competing in the Stock Market Game in January. |
Biz Fest--Spring Semester 2009
8th grade business students displayed businesses created in class during Biz Fest. Students used an iMovie commercial, PowerPoint presentation, business plan, and poster to explain their business ideas. Students and staff members voted for the best business idea and the most effective marketing of the student businesses. Voting results follow: Business Idea:

Computer 8--Multimedia
Live It, Learn It Projects: Students used Photoshop to "place" themselves into a scenerio related to a unit from an 8th grade class. Following the "experience" students described the situation.
Virtual Vacation Collage: Students used Photoshop to "travel" to various locations. They then created a collage/scrapbook for their "vacations".
