Freshmen Choir

Freshmen Choir is a mixed choir (guys & gals) that meets during Block 2B, Monday through Friday. This is a non-audition choir so come give us a try. Once you enter E-WING you will never want to leave. In this class, students learn music theory fundamentals, music history fundamentals, basics of vocal pedagogy, choral literature, and rehearsal/performance ettiquite. All-Choir Parent Meeting
Tuesday, August 20 @ 5:30PM in Auditorium
This meeting is for any parent of any choir student, grades 9-12.
Pick up packet with your student's name on it before entering auditorium.
If you can't attend, your student will bring home packet on Thursday, Sept. 6. All forms MUST be signed and fees paid by Friday, September 14. This is a homework assignment so help your student get an easy "A" on this one!! If financial assistance is needed or fundraising will be done to cover some of the expenses, please send back signed forms with a note on the "Fee" page or contact Mrs. Cotton and we will be happy to work out a fee schedule

Friday, August 30, 2013 @ 7:00PM Game-time

Call time at Seacrest Field - 6:30PM

Meet on bleachers closest to scoreboard

Wear LSW Choir t-shirt and jeans/shorts

If chilly, wear a long-sleeve shirt under t-shirt.  Jackets will be removed before going onto the field, long enough to sing.

Freshman Choir wears:

Boys: White shirt, tie, black dress pants, black socks, black dress shoes (tie up)

Girls:  Black Skirt (no more than 3 inches above knee), White top or blouse (must have sleeve and modestly covers chest), black nylons, choir shoes

Some events will require LSW Choir T-shirts and jeans
