Orlando Trip - Spring 2009

ESTIMATED PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

* $150/person beginning in May, 2008 and continuing until February, 2009
* $250/person beginning in September, 2008 and continuing until February, 2009  (This will need to be adjusted if you are just starting your payment plan in October or November).

TRIP INFORMATION

* The trip will occur on the Monday of Spring Break 2009 and conclude the following Saturday evening. (subject to change depending on flight schedule)
* The trip is open to all LSW Choir Students in grades 9 - 12 (2008-09). A choir will be created using the students touring with us. We will call this choir the 'Tour Concert Choir.' All students who travel will have the opportunity to sing with the choir!
* The Tour Concert Choir will perform in conjunction with Disney’s Magic Music Days. The choir will sing inside one of the Disney theme parks along with possible performances at Universal Studios Orlando and/or Sea World Orlando.
* Parents/Siblings are invited to join the choir students. At this time, we are not sure if there will be a difference in cost for additional family members to travel with us.

Projected Itenerary - Subject to change depending on transportation plans.  This will be finalized by January. 

DAY 1

* Depart Lincoln via chartered motorcoach to Omaha or Kansas City airport. 
* Depart Omaha or Kansas City by air at 9:05 am and fly directly to Orlando.
* Arrive in Orlando at 12:30 pm; meet Tour Director and local motorcoaches.
* Transfer to hotel to store luggage and depart for Disney MGM Studios Theme Park.
* Dinner in the park by Disney dining card or meal coupon.
* Hotel Check-In

DAY 2

* Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
* All day at Disney’s Magic Kingdom
* Possible performance at the Magic Kingdom
* Dinner in the park by Disney dining card or meal coupon.

DAY 3

* Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
* All day at Epcot Center
* Possible performance at Epcot Center
* Dinner in the park by Disney dining card or meal coupon.

DAY 4

* Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
* All day at Universal Studios
* Possible performance at Universal Studios
* Dinner in the park by Disney dining card or meal coupon.

DAY 5

* Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
* All day at Islands of Adventure
* Possible performance at Islands of Adventure
* Dinner in the park by Disney dining card or meal coupon.

DAY 6

* Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
* SeaWorld Adventure Park
* Dinner in the park by meal coupon
* Depart Orlando at 8:05 pm flying to Omaha or Kansas City.
* Arrive in Omaha or Kansas City at 9:50 pm; collect luggage.
* Depart for home via chartered motorcoach transportation

TRIP INCLUSIONS

Roundtrip air transportation
Deluxe motorcoach transfers/transportation from school to airport and back again.
Deluxe motorcoach transfers/transportation while in Orlando.
5 nights in a hotel (Quad Occupancy) at a resort serving a full breakfast.

11 meals (5 breakfasts and 6 meal card/coupon allowances at theme parks)

PROJECTED TRIP COST PER PERSON:

$1,200 - $1,500

Fundraising will be made available several times this year. Please don't pay the cost of the entire trip until we are certain about the final cost.
