Extra Civic Review.... For the sake of time, I'm just listing the areas of content to cover in your studies.. These for the most part are not in question format.
1. Look over what it means to be a citizen.
2. Understand the Naturalization Process and Who are US citizens?
3. Know the different types of Government: direct democracy, representative democracy, absolute monarchy and totalitarian government.
4. You are going to need to know the "MAIN" ideas between the Dec of Independence, Articles of Confederation and The Constitution.
5. Preamble Goals
6. Federalists and Anti-Federalists
7. Know the main compromises being made at The Constitutional Convention.
8. The Weaknesses of the Articles of Confederation and the reasons behind establishing a weak government after declaring independence.
9. The Structure of Constitution including the Amendment process. (Articles One, Two and Three are a must to know as well! House of Representative and Senate Requirements, The Bill Process, The Powers of the President and role of VP. Look over the succession order of the President as well)
10. Concept of Federalism
11. Bill of Rights - (Why it was added and a good overview of the Bill of Rights is important to understand)
12. Know the difference between Reserved, Concurrent and Delegated Powers.
13. I know, I mentioned in #9 the Bill Process, but really look over the Bill Process.
14. The Basic Structure of Federal Court System, (Trial vs Appeal Courts) (Understand the main precedent set by the Supreme Court in the following cases: Marbury v. Madison, Miranda v. Arizona, Plessy v. Ferguson, Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka)
15. Be familiar with the four principal (main) types of law in the United States.
