The first and third week of every month a progress report will be sent home. A detachable part will have a signature area. We ask that this be signed and returned, this way we know you have received it. After every reading theme test a progress report will be sent home. It will include reading theme test scores and math test scores. There will be 6 of these this year.

State Writing is a huge focus in fourth grade. We work on personal narratives, which are stories about our selves, for a large part of the year. We take our assessments in the beginning of February. More information will be sent later.

Once again, we will be able to go to Stuhr Museum in Grand Island! More information will be sent later in the year. This an all day experience were students actually live the life of a pioneer child.
