Introducing....

Now you know the rest of the story!

I began my teaching career at Medicine Valley Jr.-Sr. High School in Curtis, NE in 1969 after graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education. This position required a variety of teaching preparations for classes in Physical Education, Driver Education and Health.  I also served as the Head Track Coach, Assistant Football Coach (5 years) and Head Football Coach (4 years).  While in Curtis, I met and married my wife, Linda.  Our daughters, Michelle and Jill, were born during this time as well.  It was during this time that I also earned my Masters Degree in Physical Education from the University of Northern Colorado.  In 1978, we moved to North Platte where I taught classes in Physical Education, Driver Education and Health.  I also continued my coaching career in football and track. In 1995, we moved to LIncoln.  My first teaching position was at Dawes Middle School and then in 1999, I moved to my present position at Lincoln High School.  My teaching assignment has primarily involved the Health classes as well as Fitness for Life, Advanced Weight Training and Nova Net.  Throughout this time I have coached various levels of football at Lincoln High and began coaching track at Lincoln High in the spring of 1998.
