Grading Policy
Students can earn a maximum of 20 participation points per day, totaling 100 points per week. Points are based on rubric assessment. Written work will be assigned according to point value.
A = 90-100
B+ = 86-89
B = 80-85
C+ = 76-79
C = 70-75
D+ = 66-69
D = 60-65
Student Absence Make-up for Physical Education:
Students are allowed to make-up absences at anytime up until the end of the respective quarter. This credit can be completed by participating in physical activity (from the list below) for 30 minutes, before or after school…
- riding air-dyne bicycles or recumbent bikes (30 min. or 5 miles)
- weight room
- open swim
- intramurals
- elliptical trainers/treadmills (30 min. or 2 miles)
Students Missing Written Assignments in PE/Health:
Students are allowed to make-up missing assignments anytime up until the end of the grading period for full credit.
The LNE Tardy Policy, Attendance Policy, Cheating/Plagiarism Policy and Consistent Expectation Policies will be enforced.
