Mr. Nielsen's Classroom Information

       Welcome to the East High School Band Department 

The East H.S. Band Department is a comprehensive study of instrumental music. It includes a 200+ Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Blue Note Jazz Ensemble, Prep Jazz Ensemble, Beginning Music Theory Class and Electronic music.  This year (2007-08) we have added Guitar 1 and Guitar 2 (beginning instruction on classical guitar and music reading).
