Goals

The Goals of FBLA are:

Develop competent, aggressive business leaders
Strengthen students' confidence in themselves and their work
Create more interest in and understanding of the American business enterprise system
Encourage the development of individual projects that contribute to home, business, and community improvements
Develop character, prepare for useful citizenship
Encourage and practice efficient money management
Encourage scholarship and promote school loyalty
Help students establish occupational goals
Facilitate the transition from school to work
