Captian Underpants is about 2 kids Harold and George who got in alot of trouble at school and Harold sent away for a hypno ring to hypnotize the principal. When they hypnotized there principal they had some fun with him by making him at like all sorts of things and before they brought him back they made there principle dress up as Captian Underpants who Harold and gerald created in there comic book. When they brought the principal was brought back to reality by pouring water on his head which makes him switch back in forth whwen ever he heres someone snap there fingers.
