	This website is a all about my favorite children's book called 
The Lorax. On each page of this website you will find different things about 
this book or relating to this book. If you click on AUTHOR you will 
find yourself at a webpage that is all about the author of this book, Dr. Suess. 
If you click on CHARACTERS you will learn all about the characters of 
this book. For example the Lorax, the Once-ler, etc. If you click 
on the button entitled FAVORITE PART you will read about my favorite part 
of this book.

  
	The Lorax, written by the famous Dr. Suess, is a story about the 
tree loving Lorax and the old Onceler who spoils everything 
in the truffula forest. The Onceler traveled the earth, until he came 
upon a forest with beautiful truffula trees. He decides to build 
a factory in the forest and chop the trees down and make all sorts of 
things out of the them. The Lorax doesn't like this 
and tries to stop the Onceler from destroying the forest, but the 
Lorax couldn't stop him. After all the birds, fishes, and bears 
were forced out of their home, the Truffula forest, the Lorax also left. 
He floated away leaving only a few rocks behind where he stood.
