Everyday of the year countless students, staff, and citizens pass through the main entrance of Lincoln High School. To most visitors their journey through those hallowed front doors is nothing more than a necessary walk, for others a portal to education.
To those who take the time to observe as they walk through this foyer, a greater presence becomes apparent. Hanging on the walls of this venerated entrance are plaques commemorating those Lincoln High Students who sacrificed their lives in our nation's wars. To most people these plaques go unnoticed, but not anymore.
What you are about to experience is the "Lincoln High Roll of Honor." This web site is wholly dedicated to those "Links" who gave the last full measure of devotion. We may all be able to sit together and discuss the value of War, but what we cannot do is argue that Lincoln High Students and staff have stepped forward to answer the call of their country. This site is in their honor.
Though it is a site that honors the dead, the intention is that it become a "living site". It is a "living site" in the sense that all of the Lincoln High Family and their friends, world wide, are asked to contribute to this site and honor those who gave so that today we may say "The strength of us all in in our Diversity."

Lincoln High is certifiably a "global community" and there are many stories from around the world that go untold. Now is the time to speak out and be heard.
This site is neither an anti military site, or an antigovernment site. It is merely a place for us all to come together and experience and share feelings, beliefs, and experiences of and about War. Maybe you fought on the front lines, maybe you were a victim of tyranny, now is your time, share your story here
