In our Language Arts classes we will be working on an activity that involves representing Park's mission statement.
PARK'S MIDDLE SCHOOL MISSION STATEMENT
Park Middle School is dedicated to
providing the highest quality education and
empowering all students to succeed in a
culturally diverse community, nation, and world.
For this activity each student will get a paper quilt block which they need to design to show how they represent our mission statement.
In the different quilt patches students need to represent:
Symbols that represent quality education
What does an empowered/ successful student look like?
Symbols that represent Lincoln, United States, the world we live in.
Our community
How is Park Middle School unique?
Other symbols that represent you as a person.
We will hang the quilt blocks in our hallway.
