Hello and welcome to my website. Here you'll learn a little more about me and you'll find access to important information and documents for my social studies class.

I was born and raised in Hemet, California.  After graduating from Hemet High School in 1989, I moved to

Kearney to attend the University of Nebraska-Kearney, where I played football and majored in Social Science Education.  After graduating in1994, I moved to Lincoln where I worked for 2 years as a substitute teacher.  In 1996, I was hired as a full time teacher at Culler Middle School where I taught 7th grade social studies for 7 years.  In 2003, I came to Scott Middle School to teach the same subject.  I coached football for 12 years before giving it up to go back to school to pursue my masters degree.  I coached for 3 years at East High School, 6 years at Northeast High School and 3 years at Southwest High School.  My wife Kristin is also a teacher, and works at Southeast High School where she teaches math.  We have a beautiful daughter, Makenna, who was born in June of 2006.  She definitely keeps us busy.
