2:45 for grades 1, 3, 5.

Kathy, Laura O. will organize and communicate the details to teachers.
Some
classes need reminders about being ready and out the door at dismissal at
3:38.
Field
trips—Teachers should let the EA team and the office staff know details
of date, time leaving, time returning.
Kitchen, too, if involves lunch.

Elders will be reading to classes in the Media Center in the morning. Grades interested in listening to
readers were Kdg., First, Second, and Fifth. Pam will coordinate readers and disseminate details.

will be invited to sign books for our Media Center, signifying their support of
studentsŐ learning, as they register.
