Physical Science
LSE Physical Science with Mr. Will Smith
CONTENT
Physical Science is a semester course comprised of 9 weeks of physics and 9 weeks of chemistry. What are these two subjects?
Physics: The study of matter and energy and of interactions between the two.
Chemistry: The study of matter and the changes it undergoes.
In other words, everything in the physical world going on around you in life happens for a specific reason. Physics and Chemistry explain why things behave the way they do!
Physical Science is worth 5 credits toward your science requirement to graduate from high school.
